Appointment Policy

To avoid inconvenience to our scheduled clients, patients are seen by appointment only. Emergencies during office hours will always receive priority. Emergencies after hours are referred to one of the excellent Emergency Clinics in our area

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Care Credit, cash, and personal checks.

CareCredit is different from a regular credit card.

Use it to pay for out-of-pocket expenses not covered by medical insurance, and special financing options are available that you may not be able to get with other cards. Pay for health, and wellness care at over 225,000 enrolled providers across the nation. Once you've applied, you can use it again and again at any location that accepts CareCredit.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.

Late Policy

In order to make sure that we are able to give every patient our full and undivided attention and to prevent inconveniencing our clients with long waiting times, we schedule our visits in carefully spaced blocks of time. Consequently, even a small delay in your arrival can prevent us from being able to deliver the quality of care which your pet deserves and that you've come to expect. We respectfully request your understanding if a late arrival requires us to reschedule your appointment to a time when we can do our very best for you and your pet.

Zero Tolerance Policy

Court Street Animal Hospital does not take lightly if any member of our team is treated in an abusive or violent way. In order for our hospital to maintain good relations with our clients and their animals, we would like to ask all clients to read and take note of our clinic's policy.
